Had an amazing meal here, me and my boyfriend regularly go for a curry and have never been here before. The chicken tikka karahi was one of the best curries we’ve ever had. The portions were so generous and the staff were friendly.

I was out with friends in hope valley and as usual got recommendations from Trip advisor and.......... I never get disappointed and today was not any exception. The Food, the service, the ambient, everything to my taste...... really a little and hidden gem in the Peak District. Definitely coming again here.

The food was delicious and they were very knowledgeable about gluten free (I’m coeliac). We just went popadoms and mains. The pickle tray was tasty and the main courses had excellent depth of flavour with just the right amount of heat. There is also great contemporary styling in an old building giving a lovely atmosphere. The service was very good although the waiting staff occasionally slipped up with social distancing. Don’t forget it’s unlicensed, so you need to bring a bottle.

Really tasty food promptly delivered. Every dish was superb, and very reasonably priced. Great work, guys!

WOW!!!! What a great restaurant. Fitted us in at the last minute, sooooooooo glad we tried it. On the main road but easy to miss as it fits in nicely with the beautiful ,cosy village surroundings. Great service, and the dishes were amazing. Quite a few in but well marshalled safe distancing adhered to. Very busy on the delivery/collection side of the business, gives you the impression they are very popular locally. keep it up Curry Cabin as were back for more next time were in Castleton, well worth the mile walk there and needed the walk back, rather made a pig of myself which was easy to do here Next time you pass through Hope on your way to Castleton or on the way home, pass the at your peril!!!

Had great take aways a from here before but this was our first eat in. Outstanding. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We tried something a bit different and the flavours were amazing. It’s bring your own but the spar next door has a good selection of wines n beers. Cannot praise them highly enough.

Outstanding quality food and service. The best curry we’ve had, and we’ve had a lot. Wish we lived nearer, the people of Hope are exceptionally lucky to have this as their local.

Great food, great service, friendly staff, clean premises, need to bring your own alcoholic drinks , clearly advised on booking. Well priced, if in the area worth a visit.

Stayed in Hope Valley this month for 4 nights of camping - we took our own food but was so impressed with the food & service at Curry Cabin we went back twice. Seriously its one the best Curry Houses I've ever been t, they have gluten free optiens too. Only thing to remember is that they do not sell alcohol but all you do is buy a bottle of vino from the Spar next door and Curry Cabin will supply the glasses. Seriously recommend!

Brilliant meal, fantastic flavours. Taking your own booze saves a fortune. Just order the onion barjee starter and that will be enough!

The food was excellent. Had spicy chicken wings for starters, best we've ever had. For main, Sindi and Karahi both excellent. Great atmosphere in the restaurant as well as being spotlessly clean. The staff and service were faultless. Special mention for Sol, he made time to explain the dishes, my girlfriend is coeliac, and make polite conversation whilst waiting on our table. At the end of the evening we asked Sol if he could order a taxi for us, he very kindly took us to our hotel himself. Wish I lived local to the Curry Cabin, would certainly be a regular.

A really nice setting, the staff were good and the food was great. If you like a curry this place is great.

Really nice place, staff were nice and efficient. Curry was amazing! Ordered so much we couldn’t eat it all, the portions are good! One of the best curry’s we’ve had.

Excellent....tender Tikka, brilliant Bhaji and super main dishes ...well worth a visit to eat in or takeaway.

Went with friends after a day of climbing. We were blown away by the food here - it’s a far cry from so many other Indian restaurants where food is lacklustre and sad looking. Freshly cooked and obviously homemade starters, vegetable dishes crammed with veg you could actually see, lovely side dishes. Bring your own wine, and have a really lovely meal. Oh, and thumbs up to the patient and kind young waiting staff too.

Delicious and really reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed our takeaway and would order from here again!

We were blown away by the restaurant itself which was tastefully decorated, the service was excellent and the food was outstanding. We've never enjoyed an Indian meal out as much as this and felt so relaxed in a restaurant (even with social distancing/ masks etc). If you get a chance to visit go for it - you wont regret it!

The Curry Cabin popped up as a trip advisor recommendation when I booked a trip to Bamford (about 4.5m). We booked a table without a problem and were seated as soon as we got there. The restaurant was soon full (in-line with Covid capacity limits), it was very comfortable and quite cosy. The restaurant doesn’t have a drinks licence ( I was told this when I phoned) but customers brought their own wine, cans and bottles. The meals we ordered were both the best curry we’ve ever had, no exaggeration. We’re here for another two days and may pop back. Staff were very attentive, we were served almost immediately, very impressive. The portions were plenty and the Naan we shared was fresh (perfect).

Very impressed with the food which was very tasty and good sized portions. And it was all hot. Even the pickle tray tasted better than elsewhere. Would definitely use again if we come back to the area.

Superb meal with very great service. The spice mix in the chutney tray starts you off and the subtle blends in the main dishes keep delivering. What a find this was. Small village but what a curry house !

Went for a curry at the curry cabin. My friend is vegan and the staff made sure all her food was vegan. The food was gorgeous and the staff were very friendly, would 100% recommend this place to anyone who loves a food curry.
